I just wanted to make this page to make a list (mostly for myself) of products I really like!

I usually try and have these on hand at all times, because these are pretty versatile and delicious products, for the most part. I 100% recommend these, and you should definitely try them out (buying them through my Amazon links would benefit me too)!!

Fruits/Vegetables/Nuts
I try to incorporate these as much as possible into all of the meals I eat.

I am obsessed with condiments... I try to consume whole foods generally, but I always need condiments to switch up the flavor. Most of these are great for baking as well!
Baking Ingredients
Pretty standard items I've realized are vital for any vegan baker to have.
  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Non-Dairy Milk (Soy, Almond, Rice, etc.)
  • Applesauce
  • Whole Wheat Flour
  • All-Purpose Flour
  • Baking Powder
  • Baking Soda
  • Vegetable Oil

For when I don't have time to make a meal (which happens way too often...) these are some great vegan items I eat often.

...and an extension of the previous section! I label myself as a vegan-leaning vegetarian, so here are the few processed products I enjoy regularly that contain dairy and/or honey derivatives.
