Egg
- 1 egg = 2 tablespoons of water + 4 teaspoons of baking powder + 1 tablespoons of oil
- 1 egg = 1/3 cup of applesauce
- 1 egg = 3/4 mashed banana + 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
Buttermilk
- 1 cup of buttermilk = 1 cup of non-dairy milk + 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar + 15 minutes
Cheese
- 1 cup of ricotta = 1 cup of soft/silken tofu + 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Honey
- 1 teaspoon of honey = 1 teaspoon of agave nectar
